About Anyone AI
At Anyone AI, we’re building Latin America’s largest AI talent hub, helping software developers gain the skills and confidence to pursue global career opportunities.
Through our AI Fellowship program, we combine hands-on training, experienced instructors, and career support to help technology professionals take their next career step.
Our scholarship and deferred-payment model enables eligible fellows to access training and pay afterward, once they meet the employment or compensation milestones specified in their agreement.
About the Role
We’re looking for an Admissions Advisor who combines consultative sales skills with a strong interest in technology and education.
You will guide prospective fellows from their initial application through enrollment. These candidates have already expressed interest through our digital channels; your role is to understand their goals, assess their fit, explain the program’s value, and help qualified applicants make an informed decision.
Success means enrolling candidates who have the preparation, motivation, and commitment to complete the Fellowship and pursue opportunities with global companies.
What You’ll Do
Own your admissions pipeline: Review inbound applications, qualify leads against Anyone AI’s criteria, and keep every opportunity moving with clear next steps.
Connect with qualified applicants: Reach out through WhatsApp, email, and other company-approved channels to schedule interviews and maintain consistent follow-up.
Lead consultative admissions interviews via Zoom: Explore each candidate’s professional background, technical experience, career goals, English proficiency, and availability.
Assess readiness and potential: Evaluate applicants’ ability to meet the program’s demands and their readiness to pursue global employment opportunities, using established criteria.
Communicate comfortably with developers: Discuss software development experience, technical projects, and AI learning goals using relevant terminology.
Explain the Fellowship’s value: Connect the curriculum, learning experience, and career support to each applicant’s needs and aspirations.
Clarify contract and payment terms: Explain eligibility, commitments, and the contractual milestones that trigger payment, ensuring applicants understand their obligations before enrolling.
Handle objections and close enrollments: Address concerns about time, readiness, career outcomes, and financial commitments with empathy and clear information.
Coordinate candidate assessments: Partner with the academic and career teams when an application requires further technical or employability evaluation.
Maintain accurate CRM records: Document qualification decisions, interview notes, communications, objections, and enrollment status.
Improve the admissions process: Share insights on lead quality, conversion barriers, and candidate expectations with Marketing and other teams.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in consultative sales, recruitment, admissions, enrollment advising, or a comparable role involving discovery, qualification, objection handling, and closing.
Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct interviews and sales conversations confidently in both languages.
A working understanding of software development and basic IT terminology, including programming languages, frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and common technical roles.
The ability to ask thoughtful questions about candidates’ technical backgrounds and recognize when a specialist assessment is needed.
Experience managing inbound leads, structured follow-up sequences, and sales pipelines in a CRM.
A track record of meeting conversion or enrollment targets while maintaining strong qualification standards.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain program requirements and payment conditions accurately.
Strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with technology hiring expectations in Latin America and the United States.
Experience with scholarships, education financing, or deferred-payment programs.
An interest in AI and how it is changing software development careers.
How We’ll Measure Success
Qualified applicant-to-enrollment conversion.
Enrollment target attainment.
Response times, contact rates, and interview attendance.
Consistent follow-up and accurate pipeline management.
Quality of qualification decisions and completeness of candidate handoffs.
Candidates’ understanding of program commitments and payment terms.
Early fellow engagement and retention, in collaboration with the academic team.
