At JFrog, we’re reinventing DevSecOps to help the world’s greatest companies innovate. Our team of industry-leading software security experts is a true pioneer, constantly pushing the boundaries with original research and technological innovation. JFrog is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit, and just all-around great people. Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production – a concept we call “liquid software”. Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us on our journey?
JFrog is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to be the primary financial partner to our People (HR) and Operations organizations. Reporting to our Director of FP&A in Israel, you will be a business partner first and a modeler second. You’ll help HR and Ops leaders understand what their people's investments cost, what they return, and where the next shekel does the most good. Curiosity is the core of this role: you’ll understand how and where HR brings value to JFrog, why a number moved, go talk to the people behind it, and turn what you learn into a clear recommendation. You’ll work AI-first, using tools like Claude as part of your everyday analysis.
As a Senior FP&A at JFrog you will...
- HR Partnership: Act as the day-to-day finance partner to HR leadership and HR business partners, translating people priorities into budget, headcount, and cost scenarios.
- KPIs & People Analytics: Partner closely with our HR Analysis organization to build and maintain the people and operations scorecard (headcount vs. plan, attrition and regretted attrition, time-to-fill, cost per hire, revenue per employee), and explain movements in plain language.
- Recruiting Planning: Partner with our VP of Recruiting to create the recruiting plan and budget: requisition planning, recruiter capacity, agency spend, cost per hire, and offer modeling. Act as a single point of contact around company headcount planning representing FP&A.
- Workforce, Compensation & Benefits Planning: Partner on annual headcount planning and in-year re-forecasts, building driver-based models in Pigment that link hiring plans to cost. Model merit and bonus cycles, equity refresh costs, benefits cost, and total rewards scenarios, and support comp reviews and pay-equity analysis with HR.
- Operations, Workplace & Executive Reporting: Partner with Operations on workplace and facilities costs across Netanya and Tel Aviv (real estate analysis is secondary), and prepare monthly and quarterly people and operations reviews plus board-level materials for the Director of FP&A, the CFO, and HR leadership.
To be a Senior FP&A at JFrog you need...
- 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a business partnering role supporting HR, People, or Operations.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR partner: you have sat in HR leadership meetings, owned people metrics, and influenced HR decisions with financial analysis.
- Prior direct partnership with HR and/or Operations teams, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or other high-growth company.
- Genuine business curiosity and a people-oriented mindset: you keep asking “why,” you enjoy learning how teams work, and you build trust with people who don’t speak finance.
- Strong executive function: highly organized, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Hands-on comp and benefits cost modeling: merit, bonus, equity, and benefits costing.
- Expert Excel and financial modeling, with hands-on Pigment experience required. Working experience with Oracle HCM strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication in both Hebrew and English, able to distill complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
- AI-first working style: daily hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools to build models, analyze data, draft materials, and automate recurring reporting - Advantage
- Experience with real estate, workplace, or facilities cost planning - Advantage
- Knowledge of Israeli employment cost components (pension, study fund, severance, statutory benefits) - Advantage
