Qualifications

  • Behavioral Health Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Behavioral Health or Health Plan Operations Leader, ideally within the behavioral health , enterprise benefits, or healthcare technology sectors. Benefits consulting and/or clinical background preferred.

  • Track Record: Proven track record of independently owning the technical sales cycle and consistently contributing to the closure of complex enterprise deals.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the employer benefits landscape, particularly behavioral health, employee benefits, health plans, HR technology, benefits administration systems, and the technical and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA) of large employers.

  • Consultative Approach: Highly consultative and strategic, with the ability to move beyond feature/function demonstrations to design comprehensive solutions that meet a client's business objectives and technical constraints.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and clinical concepts to diverse audiences, from benefits administrators to technical architects and C-suite executives.
